New students at The University of Hong Kong (HKU) are to be officially welcomed to the University this Wednesday (August 25) at the Inauguration Ceremony. The Guest of Honour Dr. Thomas Chan, Chief Executive Officer of World Vision China, and Area Director, East Asia, of World Vision International, will address the students.  Other HKU family members who will give welcoming address at the Ceremony are Vice-Chancellor Professor Lap-Chee Tsui, Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Albert Chau, Acting Chairman of Convocation Mr. Choi Sau Yuk and Acting Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong University Students' Union Mr. Vincent Fok
